Our typical loans include first and second mortgages, mezzanine loans, construction loans, equity financing and joint ventures.

The properties financed consists of regional and community shopping centers, office buildings, multi and single-tenant industrial properties, hotels, self-storage properties, nursing homes and retirement properties, multi-residential and condominium projects.

Over the years, we have acted on an advisory capacity for the sale of several commercial properties for and on behalf of our clients. With a personalized approach towards every sale transaction, we were also instrumental in its financing.

We deal very closely with all the financial institutions beit chartered banks, pension funds, insurance companies, etc. in Canada and in the United States.

We transact also with non conventional institutional and private sources that provide second mortgages and mezzanine as well as participating loans.

Over the years, we have been instrumental in the sale of several commercial properties in a very personalized fashion to the benefit of our clients. Our involvement allowed for a one-stop approach where we facilitated both the sale and the financing of the property.

We also deal with noon-conventional institutions or with private funds that provide second mortgages, mezzanine financing and equity loans.

We are extremely active in CMHC insured loans through our financing sources that allow us to offer to our clients the best terms and conditions of financing available in the market place.
